Food for thought

This summer in the Arctic is yet another summer full of food for thoughts. Spending weeks and months hiking up and down glaciers to see melt everywhere and doomsday like glacier sceneries. Exploring remote islands just to find tons of litter and beaches where it is hard to find a clean spot to set foot on without stepping on trash. Sending a robot to the depths of the ocean just to find more trash. And then observing the wildlife itself. Polar bears scavenging beaches, eating plastic trash. When you think you have seen it all, you always get another sight to astonish you. We as human species are really fantastic in destroying our own home. And we barely observe the tip of the iceberg.
